Several months into her idyllic marriage, Linda Bergstrom notices a change in her husband, he becomes rough and demanding. Soon after, he is accused of being a local serial rapist, but the case is dropped for lack of proof. The Bergrstroms relocate from Maine to Texas where a similar pattern of rapes begins.
