Professor Harry Butler has more than the average academic's problems to contend with. His wife has turned his study into a shrine, the Drug Squad have taken up residence in his kitchen and living next door is a woman he may once have met in Singapore. Harry's relationship with a student is also causing concern and some of his colleagues suspect him of going astray academically.
