This volume collects works by Harich on Kant, including Harich's lectures at the Berliner Humboldt-Universität on Kant as the founder of German idealistic philosophy, and his continuation of that work in the 1960s. It also includes Harich's unfinished manuscript "Widerspruch und Widerstreit," in which Harich gives a critical discussion of Marxist philosophy, in particular Engels, Lenin, and Plechanow.
