During the early morning hours of a spring day, a variety of individuals, including the suicidal Ernst Spengler, the terminally ill Mylia, and the pathological Hinnerk Obst, are brought together by the mechanisms of circumstance, fear, and uncertainty in order to face the possibilities of their respective conditions.
