Lorraine C. Ladish is an author with 14 titles to her name, marketed by traditional trade publishers. Her father is a Spaniard and her mother, American; Ladish is bilingual and a professional language interpreter and translator. So far she has published two novels and the rest of her work is non-fiction, covering subjects such as eating disorders, relationships, pregnancy, parenting, writing and publication. Her works have been translated from Spanish into Catalan, Portuguese and Czech. She is now writing a non-fiction book for the U.S. market. Lorraine C. Ladish is the author of a creative writing workshop that she teaches in Naples, FL, and she is a freelance journalist. She lived in Seville, Spain, for 8 years before moving to Florida in 2004.
