Juan Antonio Llorente (Rincón de Soto, Logroño, 30 de marzo de 1756 - Madrid, 7 de febrero de 1823) fue un eclesiástico, erudito y político español. Formó parte del grupo afrancesado durante la Guerra de la Independencia Española. De su abundante producción erudita destaca una historia de la Inquisición, publicada durante su exilio en Francia. Ha sido caracterizado como un episcopalista y un regalista radical. ---------- Juan Antonio Llorente (Rincón de Soto, Logroño, 30 March 1756 – Madrid, 7 February 1823) was a Spanish clergyman, scholar and politician. He was part of the pro-French group during the Spanish War of Independence. Among his abundant scholarly works, a history of the Inquisition, published during his exile in France, stands out. He has been characterised as an episcopalist and a radical regalist.
